Mahendra Educational Pvt Ltd ("we") runs this website and the Mahendra's coaching centres. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, mobile number, optional e-mail, the course, branch or batch you ask about, your message, and whether you are 18 or older.
- Technical data: the page you were on, campaign tags in the link you followed, and a one-way code derived from your IP address to stop spam. We do not store your IP address itself.
- Cookies: essential cookies always; analytics and advertising cookies only if you allow them in the cookie banner.
Why we use it
- To call or message you about the enquiry you made (this is why you submit the form).
- Only if you tick the optional box: to send you course updates and offers on WhatsApp, SMS and e-mail.
- To route your enquiry to the right centre and to measure which pages and campaigns help students find us.
Students under 18
If you tell us you are under 18, we will speak with your parent or guardian and take their consent before enrolment or any marketing message.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie choices are kept for 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent for marketing at any time (reply STOP to any message), or raise a grievance. Write to info@mahendras.org. We reply within 30 days.
Sharing
We share your data only with the Mahendra's centre handling your enquiry and with service providers who help us send messages or host this website, under contracts that protect your data. We never sell personal data.
